As of April 3, 2026, DXVPN has not received any of the following:

National Security Letters (NSLs) or equivalent instruments.
Orders under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) or comparable legislation in any jurisdiction.
Gag orders, secret court orders, or any legal instrument prohibiting disclosure of a government request.
Any compulsion to create backdoors, install surveillance software, or provide bulk or real-time access to user data or encryption keys.
Any court order requiring the retention or disclosure of VPN session metadata.

How to interpret this page

A warrant canary is a transparency mechanism used by service providers to inform users about the absence of certain government requests that may legally require confidentiality.

This page is reviewed and re-dated periodically by the operator. If it is removed, stops being updated, or the statement is amended, that should be treated as an implicit signal that the above is no longer accurate to the extent legally permissible to disclose.

Because we do not log VPN session metadata (source IPs, connection timestamps, DNS queries, or destination addresses), we are technically unable to produce such records in response to any request — we cannot provide data we do not hold.
